A great choice for you, Cheryl!
If you are planning on doing a local-ish one, I strongly recommend Victoria. Of course next year's Seattle Rock n Roll could be a good goal.

This will take some thought and planning. I like Jwolf's suggestion of Victoria but timing wise I'm not sure it will work out. I will need to mull that over.
I can't believe I'm going to do this. Good grief.

With times you've shown there you have nothing to worry about. I look at running a marathon like that scene in fight club where brad tells Ed to hit him as hard as he can. He asks because he's never been hit before and is scared to get hit. Unsure whether he can take the hit, how much will it hurt, will he go down and not get up, will he embarrass himself??....See where im going with this.? After they both take a hit they realize....."wow, that wasn't that bad.......do it again" and you will forever be a marathon runner. Good luck man
