Happy Birthday to us. :)

For old time's sake:

Thanks to all of you for making this an awesome four years and for making RM THE best running community in Canada.

In honour of this auspicious occasion, I will be attempting to run... we'll see how my hip holds up. :)

Wishing all racers a great day today!

Will enjoy trying to live track La, will be thinking of eme and hoping everyone has fun today!

Happy Birthday RM, can't wait to see the maniacs today!

If I can squeeze it in, I might do a short run around the hood.

Happy Birthday RM! Thanks for being born!

Good luck to all racers today!

Last day of my week vacation  Ugh...retirement is looking better all the time. Too bad I can't afford to

Not sure what's in the cards for me today. Maybe a bike ride. Probaby some work too  I have a talk to give at NRC in Fredericton on Wed that needs work and nothing but catching up will happen at work tomorrow.

Have a great day RMers :D

Happy # 4! Wow! We've come a long way in 4 short years!

Thank you Holly to all past and present Mods/Administrators for volunteering your time. I don't know if I would still be running/biking without this forum.

This is a place where, no matter what your pace, you feel welcome and "at home".

I'm always amazed at the frienships that have developed over the years.

I'm so thankful for the cross-country friends I have made on this site! :D

No running/biking for me today. Icing, advil, watching the finale of de Tour, and tracking IMLP for me!

Happy 4th Birthday, RM Nation .. and, many, many more to come .. :P

Today is always a mixed day of emotion for me, this being the 11th Anniversary of my Dad's passing   and, tomorrow, my Nephew's 18th birthday   .....

Achilles, both now, was feeling a bit tender this morning, and decided to give it a day of rest from running ... :? So, opted to stay in the safe confines of my living room this morning while sitting in front of the tube watching the final day of Le Tour de France, and 65K on the computrainer ...

Looking forward to seeing some Maniacs in a few hours then, dinner with the family at China Treasures :drool::drool:

Happy Birthday RM! Here's to many more. Looking forward to celebrating with the Ottawa crew in a few hours.

For me - an easy 8km run (avoided the rain), following by blueberry pancakes and tracking the Lake Placid athletes!

Happy 4th Birthday RM!! Wouldn't it be great if we had a little maniac born today. ;)

Was up early for my hour long LSD, it is sooo humid here it's gross. I reminds me of Maui but without the nice ocean breeze, beaches, scenery... uh...yeah maybe not so much. ;)

Not sure what's up the rest of the day except that DD#2 has a bday party and DD#1 and DH are going to Harry Potter so I guess I get some ME time today!!

I may also make up a half-marathon plan just for the heck of it.
