Wednesday, the middle of the week.
Oh and I hope it ends soon. Up to go to the YMCA to get in about 4km of swimming I hope. Then 10km of running.
Off to Sebringville!
I'm sure there aren't too many Maniacs who know where that is!
Of course, still off running, but will try a warm up on the eliptical, and try to do some strength. I would think lunges are out, but I should be able to do squats. If not, lots of upper body stuff, I guess.

I do! I do!....I think ...somewhere around Statford
I was going to run a lunch but I think I might skip it. My legs are feeling kind of pooped and I'd like to aim for biking to work tomorrow.
Have a good day y'all

runpub tonight. The plan is to do three "ravine repeats". The ravine is about 1.5K long, mostly uphill one way. With a 2K warm up, 1.2K cool down, that will be a good day's work. Trying out the new trail shoes tonight.

Unanticipated rest day. Spent 1-4am in the hospital with the youngest for stitches. He sliced his hand open on a broken water glass.
I just woke up now and feel so zooed.
Have an ART appointment this morning then off to work.

6 km around the neighbourhood this morning, and tonight I coach the final spinning class of the 2009 season! I made my class the UBC ponderosa cake as a treat for all their hard work this year.

I have yet to try Ponderosa cake, it sounds good though.
Sounds like a long night, glad he's ok Marg and hope you're able to catch up on lost sleep tonight. My daughter is the same age as your son and super clumsy too. Although, she'd be more likely to trip over her own foot and break something

One of my dogs was sick all day yesterday poor thing. I ended up awake most of the night with nausea, sweats, chills ... We both seem ok just a bit tired today so today is a rest day for the 2 of us. I am not running and he gets to miss his agility class (where I also would have run). I think an extra nap is called for today!

sooo sleepy... tonight I plan to be in bed by 10 at the latest!
very tired and sore from last night, so I'll be taking it easy... though I would like to get out for a short run so I *might* do that but we'll see how I feel after work.

Thanks for all the good sleeping vibes yesterday. I overslept all three of my alarms this morning.... When I heard the Tater Tot running around upstairs I thought to myself, "hmmm, she's up early." Then I cracked my eye and thought, "hmmm, I was supposed to be at work 30 minutes ago."
No bike to work for me today. Will try to run at lunch....

don't be so hard on yourself--chances are it's not as bad as you perceive! :) plus we all start somewhere...
