There are places I've been before becoming a runner I would love to go back to and run at. Amsterdam / Netherlands would be one of those places.

I've been to Amsterdam a number of times: some of them were memorable, some of them I have difficulty remembering... 8)

Wonderful city, historical culture and modern culture, both fascinating. Didn't know they had a marathon, but one assumes it would be flat.
