I still don't understand what rolldown means...please explain to this newbie.

If someone in your age group is also an overall winner, they don't count in the age group category. For example QuickChick. She was 3rd in her age group. First and second were also first and second women overall in the race. So they get a first overall plaque but don't get a second prize as age group winners. Also, there are "masters" category. So justme had the women's master first to third in her age group. Because they got the "superior" plaque for master placing, they are out of the age group awards.
It can get confusing. b_squared won his 40-44 age group, but instead got the "superior" award for second place masters men.

That's a serious hardware haul!! Great job everyone. I now regret being a sissy and not coming out because of the weather. Way to come to my hood and rule the roost!

I know that Lindsay had some fun with the rain, but maybe there are some in there of some maniacs!

Called the race director and she has my plaque and will hold it for me. WOOHOO!

I think I'll pass on the pics. Mine look like I'm trying to take a huge dump while running. No wonder people were making fun of me

I've ordered the first one that they have indexed of me... you can see the girl I raced with BEHIND me! This was on the hill at 14K just after I passed her. ZoomPhoto is 2 for 2- I ordered one from Missy too.

This is the running equivalent of the "no look pass". Looking to my right, feet pointing left, while running straight. My race strategy is to always keep 'em guessing. (That's the 14km marker, which I ran in 3:45... so theoretically that's my best running form. Ouch.)

I agree!

It looks like you are 2-3 feet off the ground!

Great photo, for sure.
