It is a bit warmer out there this morning! The sky over Montreal was clear & I enjoyed a great view of the Big Dipper before heading out on the roads.
3k last night on the tread mill & I am looking for 5km tonight!

They sure were- I saw a shooting star when I was stretching after my run.
6 km nice and slow in VFFs.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

12k in 1:10 at the gym - watching Law and Order and the news.

Felt great this morning! Gym was a bit hot by the treadmills I was using though (near the pool)

Morning y'all!

Did 30 min on the treadmill last night followed by spin class. Man, I hate the treadmill....so hot and it didn't help that the one I was on had something wrong with the earphone jack and it was actually sending zaps through my headphones - ow! I found it so much harder work to run on the treadmill....I think my pace when running outside must oscillate here and there, and it made it really hard to keep the steady pace on the treadmill. Well, I guess I will just need to transition back outside!

Short 4km easy run tonight. Legs are feeling pretty worn out from all the spinning!

Have a lovely fall day everyone. :)

I have a field trip today, to Queen's Park (Provincial Legislature). If I am not too drained afterwards, I am supposed to do hill training today! If the field trip wears me out (as 21 grade 5 kids are capable of doing) I will do an Easy Run tonight and hills tomorrow!

Wish me luck!

5 and a half-ish in the chilly, clear, dark morning. I've been finding it near impossible to get out before work these last couple weeks. Luckily my job is only Monday-Wednesday... hey, that makes today Friday!

5.58 KM this morning with my classmate... came home and made coffee and pancakes for the two of us while we worked on a class presentation we have to do for pathophysiology next month. Off to school for the afternoon, then doing a bit of tutoring after school and then home to ...... you guessed it...... study!

Terri - you rock.

I did the classic last night. Dave was going to run with Mark from the Y and I was going to swim. Grab my swim bag, dave gives me his paddles, and on the way downtown, I realize that my swimsuit is probably not in my bag (since it would have been hanging on the hook to dry - which it was).

that was enough of a catalyst for dave to nix the run too (due to some crap sleeps, exhaustion etc) - so we just went for dinner instead.

thus - y'day - rest day #2

today - spin class tonight

will make up that swim on Fri.

This morning was cross training - couple km walking, then weights and core work. Tonight the plan is for 8 - 10 km at Runpub at a comfortable pace. I am hoping the weather forecast is right and the showers don't start until much later tonight, but it will be windy out there regardless, yuck. Work is very busy and aggravating right now so it will be nice to get outside and burn off some of the day!

Kind of a crappy run today, but still did it. 10km in just over 51 mins - legs felt like lead the entire way. Tonight hour weight class :)
