The max is 7000 combined 30k/5k
I looked last night and it was at 3600

Guess I should sign up sooner or later.

You can register through Eventsonline or through RunningRoom, so the combined total may be higher than 3600. Not sure what the numbers are...

FYI, RR gives you a $10 coupon when you sign up through them. Same price and processing fee as the other site, but you get a $10 off coupon...

I add the 2 sources up at 6954, better sign up if you want in.
It is max 7,000 for the 30 K run and walk. 2,000 for the 5 K.

ugh....

I know this is a little late, but depending on the situation with the +1, I may or may not be able to stay with her at my her sister's place. Any chance that, if need be, I can bunk with an RM'er or two (or few)? (preferably a Hamilton local, or someone who got a room there)

I'm totally willing to pay a share of any expenses, and I promise not to cause any trouble, be in early, be out early and generally to be pretty invisible. You won't even know I'm there. I don't snore, talk in my sleep or sleepwalk. Any takers?

The 30k and the relays are now SOLD OUT. Only the 5k accepts more entries.

Today I ran 21.1 kilometers in 1 hour 43 minutes and 30 seconds but on the treadmill ....I refuse to train outdoors unless the temperature is above +20 C
