All the results are posted. 3:21 for Erin. Great result, but I'm sure he wanted more.

Thanks, Maniacs .. about a 4:30 PB (and, yep course PB from 2008) ... and, apparently BQ'd under old standards, which has always been my Goal ... though, unlikely to get me registered for 2012 under the new rolling registration process ... but, I'm ok with that, as the goal was always to run Boston in 2013 when I turn 50 ... There's always another marathon or two in my future ... :shifty:

Made the current BQ standards, but likely to miss the rolling registration process for 2012 ...

The long version: 2012 qualifying times will remain the same but registration will open first for people who beat their qualifying time by 20 minutes or more. Two days later, people who beat their time by 10 minutes or more can register, then, after two more days, those who beat their time by 5 minutes or more. Assuming there is room left after the first week, all qualifiers then get one more week to register — but they might not actually get in, since it still won’t actually be first-come, first-served. People who register during the second week will be accepted in order by how much they beat their qualifying time. (Should there still be room left after that, it goes to first-come first-served until the race is full.)

Shoulda told you all that I would do twitter updates! Had to leave before spirit's finish but saw her at 28k looking good. Saw most everyone else at 40k. Got some awesome photos, will post tonight!

At 40k we almost missed ian because he was right behind the lead woman and we were watching her! Lol he yelled at us to wake up, lol.

Everyone looked great, but runningman said he had a tough day. Sue said it was the hilliest course she has run.

I just searched my name and it shows me at @ 3:41,with splits that are way off- not sure what's going on with that.
My watch had me at 3:20ish (i forgot to push stop when I crossed the line)- I'll check back later to see if it's corrected. Race report to follow- but the condensed version is "Great race, spectacular weather, Holy Hills!, black toe nail, great Maniac support, calf cramps but didn't end with a death march. I'm a happy marathoner."
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.
