10k today. It wasn't a chilly as I thought it would be, I was terribly over dressed.
Re: Friday - Venus brilliant in the sky
Cold, snowy and grim here. I still haven't adjusted to winter arriving so suddenly. Some distance on the TM later this afternoon - 8 or 10k, depending on how I'm feeling.

Re: Friday - Venus brilliant in the sky
I ended up doing 1:10 on road and trail with a friend yesterday evening. Don't recall the distance, have to download from my Garmin.
Rest day for me today, as I'm meeting up with some folks to go to the Christmas Craft fair (I won't last very long there - I love looking at the stuff, but get bored/hot/tired rather quickly at these things) and then drinks and dinner.
In unrelated news, I woke up this morning and decided my hair was annoying me so I cut it.

Re: Friday - Venus brilliant in the sky
Took a long lunch today and had ART, laser treatment, and RMT - all working on this *!*!*!* shoulder I'm glad to say it is finally getting better. Not quite 100% but a whole lot better than the pain of the last couple of weeks.
On my way home from work I went via the beach and ran 5 kms there.
TGIF for sure!
