Kim and I will be at the Ball.

Good to be back out running with my old training partner, puppy was great this morning :) - He should be good and tired after running over 23km in the last 2 days.

This morning was 20min w/u - 20min progressive tempo - 20min c/d - ended up with 12.7km in 1:00.

30min treadmill run in my Universes at lunch.

Today was the first time in months that I've had to take off my mittens and tie my jacket around my waist. There's a very definite "getting close to the end of winter" feeling in the air. 14K done this morning.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Have a good one!

7 miles in 61 minutes of running on the TM.

Weather forecast looks like I might consider running outside tomorrow.

After a week and a half of no XC skiing it was nice to be back at it this morning (need to take advantage of it, not sure how much longer it will be possible). So about 50min on the skiis followed by 40min run to work ending with 14 floors of stairs (1min30sec). Will run from work this evening and - weather permitting - meet 'm' and 'j' for a short ski.

A lovely 9.5km run in the outdoors this morning. Spring like temperatures made the run that much more enjoyable.

Nothing is normal now, but we are settling into the "new normal". No major changes, which is good for now.

I ran about 7K this morning. It was really nice.

Easy 15K on a bit of a cushion of new snow (over top of the treacherous ice). Still cold (-25 WC -34).

We were supposed to be driving to Medicine Hat today, thus a rest day. Things changed, no driving, so probably will run something.

going to shower and eat, then head down to the airport to fetch my mom, who will be visiting my sister for a few days.

Did not end up at yoga last night - fell asleep after work and slept through alarm! Going tonight straight from work and looking forward to it! Cold day over here in Edmonton, brrrr.

A nicely challenging 8.8km before work this morning. Long non-steep uphills, and several short, steep uphills.

Had to switch things around because I won't be running home from the clinic tonight. So, this was about 4 km shorter than that run, but I'm OK with that. Wanted a shorter week this week. Brought stuff in to work to run in tomorrow.
