Konichiwa Thursday

Postby turd ferguson » Wed Nov 09, 2011 6:37 pm

One of the benefits of being in the far east is starting the daily thread at an inappropriate time, like when Vancouverites are still having Wednesday lunch.

3rd day in a row running here, each time around the Imperial Palace (10-11k each time including getting over there).

Now off to work!

Yay for Thursday... oh wait there's still 2.5 hours left in Wednesday. :( Thursday is my Friday except I still have to do Thursday's workout.

Just 6k for Thursday... think I'll throw in some inclines just to mix it up a bit. Okay... back to Wednesday now.

How lucky Mike!!

I'll be runing 30 mins at lunch with speed intervals. I hope it doesn't rain too much or I might chicken out, no time o get sick a week and a half away from the marathon!

And thanks for all the vibes for my interview yesterday, it went REALLY well!! :D

I'm off to swimming this morning! That's all I have on schedule today - I'm regretting going to bootcamp on Tuesday since I'm still a bit sore. Hopefully I'll be fine for the half on Saturday!

Nothing much here, other than my morning workout in the chair ... Perhaps a 5K or so steady run later this afternoon ... Other than that ... Have a great day, everyone ... :P

Nothing much here either other then working on securing the tarp over my agility equipment so it doesn't blow away

and voting for Hannah of course. Yesterday was brutal - went from 67 backwards to 72. Hannah had to go on a begging spree but it worked as we start the day at 62! One week left to vote!

Walked the 4.5k to work. That's it for today. I don't feel too bad about not running since I've walk-commuted 27k this week. Eventually, I will change it to run commuting, but not yet.

Voted. Don't know if I'll get out for a little run today or not. I'm waiting for the furnace repair guy to come, and they just called and said they'll be later than expected...

tough spin session last night - when the warm up included a cadence set that had us going to 130rpm, you knew it was going to be hard. and it was. but a good solid sweaty 90min on the bike done.

Today - a bit of a rest day - curling after work (first game in close to 2yrs) just subbing in my old league, and then yoga in the evening.

Got an hour or so to kill this evening while the girls are at their dance class, so I'm planning to get out then.

Spin class this morning and then the rest of the day will be spent cleaning. My kids, 2 out of 3 have lice. How awesome is that!!!!!!!LOL Gross and Gross!!! If anyone has any hints for getting rid of them please PM me. This is our first time dealing with this nasy bug. I read last night they like clean hair because they can attach to it better. So for the next 12 yrs I am not washing my kids hair. Funny how DS#1 didn't get it. Sorry if I grossed anyone out. But it is a kid thing.

there's a tool called the Lice Meister... it's the only comb-type thing that actually works to get both lice and nits.
