Wednesday - Final Day of Movember

Postby HCcD » Wed Nov 30, 2011 7:54 am

It appears that I have replaced my morning chair workout with an easy spinning and stretch out session, as of late .... :? Though, all that stretching seems to be helping to loosen up my piriformis issues that I was experiencing recently ... :P

The rain should be ending by this afternoon, so an evening running is on the schedule ...

I am finishing up my Starbuck's Coffee and I'm off to the gym for a workout. I am planning another short run later today with our Boxer.

I seem to have picked up the nasty stomach bug my kids have. Felt kind of sluggish this morning, then started feeling pretty unwell towards the end of my run. Cut it a little short at 8k.

Did a 6.5k run yesterday morning before spending the day on the beach - we've had to drive over to the other side of the island since the west side we are staying on is very windy.

Will be heading over there again today - so no run. Ill run tomorrow morning instead.

Oh and i'm typing this on one of the balconies with palm trees swaying by me. It could be worse.

A bit of a drizzly, windy morning, but managed to get outside!

14K with some hilly parts thrown in at the end.

Have a good one!

This.

And I am jealous of CINC ;)

I skipped my gym workout this morning. Poor planning on my behalf... If the weather isn't awful at lunch I'll do a little walk to make up for it.

Have a wonderful day everyone...!!

(and I started my Christmas cards last night but realized my address book is in an unpacked box... send me your address if you want a Christmas card ;) )

4k tempo run for me. At some point, my current tempo pace is going to have to start feeling a whole lot more comfortable if I want to reach the next level. I guess that is the challenge, isn't it?
No one cares what I would do; therefore, I can do anything!!

I ran 42.2k; Let's see the other donald try to trump that

Only 25 days to Christmas!!!

I can't decide between going to Runpub tonight, or making up the belly dance class I missed due to the NYC marathon. So to hedge my bets, I ran 7 miles on the TM this morning. Could have been outside, but logistically the TM was easier with all the stuff I'm carrying around.

Have a great day, everyone :)

I went to the gym after work for a treadmill run, and missed the downpour and thunder. Yay. Tough run though. Had nothing in the legs.

I was going to run after work but ended up coming home early - I picked up a case of food poisoning or caught something when I was helping at my daughter's pre-school.

Hopefully this is just temporary and I can start December off with a run tomorrow.
