Easy paced 10K this morning. Took it easy on my legs this morning in anticipation of tomorrow's tough workout- intervals!
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

After completing "half-a-Goofy" this weekend, today's a rest day for me. Maybe I'll get some neglected chores done today....maybe

Gorgeous day in the GTA! Have to enjoy because we're expecting rain for most of tomorrow.

Had a good 31 km run yesterday - first 11 km on my own, then met up with QC for another 20 km (okay, just short of 20 km, but who's checking that closely? ;) ). Then this morning I had a bit of a "bonus" run - just over 6 km with a good friend who I haven't run with for a while. We used to run together quite often, but then he had a series of injuries so now it's a rare occurrence, and it was SO nice to get out together again!

Hope everyone had a good weekend, and has a great day today. Best Rosh Hashanah wishes to all who observe the holiday.

mtb tonight... and in spite of being tired/sore, I can't bail because I've missed a couple of weeks and promised I'd be back tonight. :P They are going to yell at me for wearing myself out yesterday, but what can you do? Can't sit inside all weekend when the weather is like this. :)

Walked to work. Brought my gear to run home. I'll take the really long way home to add some extra distance since I didn't get a long run done this past weekend. ETA: that would work out to about 8K.

Just an easy 30 minute run to test out my back at lunch. All seems to be good, so back to regular training tomorrow.

Easy 5.6 km on the TM this morning. Would have loved to be out in that sun - but baby was still sleeping and DH was out coaching. Trying to enjoy the taper!

Not quite 80. More like 50. It wasn't a difficult course. I prefered the one I was doing in Windsor. Oh well, I'll have to motivate myself to go back for sure...

I did make it to mtb but my legs were pretty trashed so I only did two loops (on a good night I can do three!). Tomorrow will be a rest day!!
