On the road again today. Will try to fit in something tonight. Either a run or a hotel room workout.

I've got to get some shots later, so I'm going to walk to the doctor and then home for about 6k. We're short staffed today, so I may not get out for lunch, but if I can, I'll do strength work.

45 minutes on the ellipitcal and my strength circuit.

Oh boy, it will be interesting to see how ATB goes. Could go either way. I'm as undertrained as I have ever been for this event, yet I'm curious to see how a proper (maybe too much?) of a taper will help offset my lower fitness. We shall see!

I don't want to jinx myself by saying it, but I brought my stuff to go SWIMMING after work! Since it's my first swim in a while, I'll probably only do 20-30 minutes.

Winter not ending for sure in the GTA; the forecast is for more yucky weather today and tomorrow. Enough already!!! I am scheduled to go to BC on Thursday afternoon for my niece's wedding, staying until Monday, and I'm crossing my fingers that it won't be too rainy. Love the thought of running outside in single layers in above-freezing temps.

Easy-ish day for me: 20 minutes on the elliptical and upper body weights.

Whenever I don't feel like workout out, I think of those of you who travel so much for work, and still get their workouts in, and that gives me the "push" I need :D

Once again (after whining in IB's log), I'm going to try to post more in the daily thread!

RA - I was excited to hear about your shots.....until I realized they were medicine and not alcohol related!

I have a rest day today. I'm feeling stressed though....lots of stuff on our plates these days!
i run for me.

Walked through the snow mess to get to a Dr Appointment. 4 miles round trip and then shoveled. Off to the gym now for a jaunt on the TM.

It's still snowing here! Tonight is 75 minutes coached spin. Will get there early to do weights and abs. Afterwards I am volunteering at the Casino to be a counter for the Sexual Assault Centre of Edmonton (SACE). My BF is the treasurer and I agreed to help. My shift is from 9:45pm until 3:30am. I am lucky that my work allows us to take 2 days off a year for volunteering so i am taking Tuesday off :)

Have a great day!
Jocelyn

I run because it's my passion, and not just a sport. Every time I walk out the door, I know why I'm going where I'm going and I'm already focused on that special place where I find my peace and solitude. Running, to me, is more than just a physical exercise...it's a consistent reward for victory!
