Easy 10K here too. Much cooler out today! I think tomorrow will be a rest day. Mom is here and we're taking her out for brunch. Think I'll just splurge and give myself a break.

30 mins of 2&1s today. Starting back slowly seems to be paying off as I felt great!

I run because it's my passion, and not just a sport. Every time I walk out the door, I know why I'm going where I'm going and I'm already focused on that special place where I find my peace and solitude. Running, to me, is more than just a physical exercise...it's a consistent reward for victory!

Re: Overcast Saturday
Today's lesson from Texas- mid afternoon tamales do not make for a pleasant early evening ruin. That's all I have to say about that. It's a good thing I'm headed home tomorrow so I can get back to my routine.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.
Overcast Saturday
2.5k run to the pool, 50-minute swim, 2.5k run home. Tired now!
