Just over 13K on trails in and around Goodrich Loomis Conservation Area just north of Brighton. I've run in the park lots, but that was the first time I've ventured out onto the trails beyond the park. I definitely need to do more exploring out there- there are miles of trails back there.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Not exactly hot this morning but definitely humid....just a few short miles from NG's 'hood. Did one loop of 4.5K and that was enough...tapering for Saturday evening!

Sprint tri in Airdrie today. Good race - brutally windy. Typical crosswind bike splits of 2:20-2:30, downwind splits of 1:05-1:10. Finished just over 1:50, about 5 minutes slower than planned.

Just finished a mini-brick pre-race workout. 20 min bike, 10 min run. Figured out how to use the "multisport" mode on my watch. :)

I still have to get my race kit since I didn't have time yesterday.

8km with my beginners' trail group. Discovered about a minute into the run that I shouldn't have run this morning... my knee is messed up. :( Finished it out though, slowly, so as not to leave the group hanging and leaderless. :/ Hurts to walk. I really hope it will clear up in a few days, but we'll see.
