Nothing for me so far today. This morning was supposed to be a trip to the gym, but the bed was so comfy...and I wanted just that little bit more time away from the routine...so an extra hour or so of sleep instead. It felt good. :) I'll probably do some core work and upper body weights tonight at home.

Just under 11km planned for lunch. It is a little drizzly out which I don't mind at all :)

I run because it's my passion, and not just a sport. Every time I walk out the door, I know why I'm going where I'm going and I'm already focused on that special place where I find my peace and solitude. Running, to me, is more than just a physical exercise...it's a consistent reward for victory!

Easy 4K on the track after work. There was some kids' event going on in one corner of the track. On one lap I had a 5-year old racing me around on his little bike with training wheels. I slowed down at the end of the lap so we could finish even.....
