Rode to work. My plan is for a swim later, but that will be dictated by the weather. I don't mind swimming in the rain (it's supposed to rain this afternoon), but they'll close the outdoor pool if there are thunderstorms, which is a possibility. Fingers crossed.

8.5K recovery run for me this morning. It was lovely out!

Have a couple of hard workouts planned for later in the week so just did an easy 10km.

Did a 6km bike commute to work, will take a longer route for the ride home. I look forward to the day I can ride up the hill from Lougheed without flirting with a coronary.

Monday is good to me now that the workday is half over, LOL. About 35 minutes on the elliptical this morning. I have belly dance class tonight and then I plan to do some core work and upper body weights while watching the hockey game. Ran 20 km on Saturday morning and took Sunday as a rest day. Have a good day, everyone!

5K on the TM at noon, with 2.5K of hills. What to do for the rest of the day, and tomorrow, and the day after.....
