10 miles outside for me today. Had to cut this one short though...not a good day for me. Have a good long weekend everyone...

23km today - longest run ever!
PR's so far: 5K 27:15, 10K 55:25, 21.1K 2:10:53, 42.2K 5:21:27

Flat tires on your bicycle suck, especially when the CO2 cartridge repair thingme doesn't work.
Oh well, it was a nice morning for a 5K walk...

35K on the bike followed by 4 times 2 & 1 running. Sort of a brick-ette.

Lovely 10k up here in cottage country :). Sitting by the fire posting right now Something doesn't seem right about this :)
