Natal Day here in Halifax today. I'm off to day 2 of races. This time I'm doing a 2 miler. I've never done the 2 miler before, so it should be fun.

Nice race, RA!!

No holiday here either but that doesn't matter when you're on vacation. :)

We just did a bunch of walking around town and a museum. Now I'm getting ready for an easy 5k run (with a stop for groceries). London tomorrow!

43K in 3:11, including a couple of water stops. Next step is to "tool up" to help take apart an old wooden bridge on the ski trails.

I got a 60-min run done. My post-race body didn't really like it, though. :?

I'm also celebrating BC day!

I'm still rebuilding, so a wee 3K, but I had the bright idea to run a very hilly route. That was silly.

Boat time later!

11 km done - still getting over the cold from earlier in the week, so decided not to push it too much with a longer run, but glad to get in a double digit.

10K for me from my house to the greenbelt and back. I decided to take a path that I hadn't been on before and ended up doing a nice circle route of new and familiar terrain. What a great place to have here in Ottawa!

I did a nice and easy 9km on the footpaths around Medicine Hat. I think I only seen 2 other runners. I did a chest and triceps workout at the YMCA afterwards. :)

No holiday day here, but lovely coolness for running. 5.55k run at a decent clip and another 3k walked.

Today I did Crown Mountain (details here). It was roughly 9km, and took me 5 hours (including a nice break at the top). Hot day, my shoulders and upper arms are a bit burned now. SOOOOOOOOOOOO many flies. Lots of scrambling. I can't remember the last time I was so grubby and stinky. :)
