Hi, Good to be back...

Postby JSmitty » Thu Sep 05, 2013 8:13 am

It's been a year since my last posting, but a year ogling and playing online games with some of you. Many have achieved their goals which is totally awesome.

I have missed running so on with it.
OTTAWA HALF here I come. I hear it is their 40th year, so what a better city and race to train for and Running Mania is such a motivating group of people.
The training I will have to work up to for the new year. So lots of base building for the next 4 months with little runs 3 times a week. In the new year, I hope to have a small base to start officially to train for the half.

It's good to be back.
Jill Smith

PS, I will update my signature next post, lol.
Cheers,
Jill

Ongoing plan :To start running, continue with eating habits, positive outlook.

Ok, regarding the ogling. I could "pretend" there is more to it, but this is STill a family forum?
Despite my layoff, I love to see everyone progress, continue or encourage others in sport.
That is the reason this community dominates over other forums.

Day I starts tomorrow. BTW, I have been wheat free since February and welcome any comments regarding nutrition. I know this may open a can of worms, and it is not a health issue for me, but is working regarding other issues. Just curious about others. I will post in other sections if I have any specifics.

Thanks for the warm welcome back.
Cheers,
Jill
