Sorry Terri! You just beat me to it! :)

16K @ 5:28 - peppiness this morning after a quite peppy 8K last night with the clinic as well!

It's my Friday! Yahoo. Off to the cottage first thing in the morning.

Gentle 14K in the dark. Next run will be a marathon, or at least part of one.

Just another 2 miles for me. Beautiful weather.

6k jaunt with 2k @ MP, which felt dauntingly challenging. Just have to repeat that 2k pace 21.1 times on Sunday.

Last pre-race run, save the warmup jog race morning.

Great way to start my extra long Thanksgiving weekend- hill repeats on gnarly trails in the glorious fall sunshine this morning.

Now I'm starting to chip away at the Honey Do list.......

I also registered for our Thanksgiving Day 5K. In this town that will mean coming in pretty close to the BOP :) But this will be a test race for me trying to see where to go with my Half Marathon and eventual marathon training......

I had a successful first post-race run last night (5.5K) and today the plan is to walk home from work since it's a glorious sunny day out!

it's my Friday too! 2 miles for me as well, but on the TM not outside, as C was snoozing.

Warmup jog? I thought that's what the first 10K of the race were for. For added efficiency, I may even use the last 5K as a cooldown.

Rest day for me after saying good-bye to my parents at the airport this morning. I may do some upper body weights and core work at home this evening, but it's more likely that I'll either be working late or occupied by laundry and housework. My brain is definitely having a hard time getting back into work mode after almost a week off!

4 runs in a row this week, first time in forever. Some days it even seems easy! (for a change)

Well done!!! 30 seconds on a 5km is pretty awesome!!!

Took the day away from the office to get stuff done around the house.
Hour long walk with C-Moss at Collin's Bay. She met an 8 month old Malumute and walked/ran with Onyx the entire time.

I think my old girl likes younger men

Good luck Robin. Wish I was going to Chicago too!

Finished off the training cycle with a 6k run. Nervous knowing I'm running a tougher course in Victoria compared to the one I ran last month.

I had planned on running with our Boxer tonight, but skipped it. 3 more days before my next marathon.
