16 km easy run this morning. My right foot was a bit sore for some reason, but not too bad.

Safe travel Ang!

Wow, I feel so out of shape, it took me 2 days to recover from my week-end long run! I am thinking 30 mins run will be enough for me tonight.

Nothing for me so far, but the clinic tonight will be doing 10K@ RP and I will be leading the 2:00 hr group - so a good race pace run for me.

Nice 15 km run for me this morning, so things are pretty much back to normal after the PEC marathon last weekend. I absolutely love running at this time of year - the conditions today were absolutely perfect. Cool (at least to start out) but not cold, and no wind. Plus of course it's so nice to start in the dark and finish in the daylight. Nothing energizes me for a day at work like a morning run!

I ran 3kms here in Tyler, Texas. My glutes and hamstrings are a little tight, but nothing that you cannot run through it. :)
