That was a chilly one! It's going to take me a while to get used to these temps, though by January -3 will feel balmy.

Good workout this morning- 3km warm up, 5 x 350m hill repeats, 3 km cool down.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

It was 0 when I walked to work. The sidewalk on the bridge was slippery until the sun was able to melt the frost partway across the span.

4.5k walk done. The plan is to go to yoga at lunch, then walk home.

It was chilly! Nice once I got warmed up though! That seemed to take a bit! 8K easy for me this morning with 8 30s strides in the middle.

Not quite ready for sub-zero temps yet, so I'm glad today was a gym day! About 30 minutes on the elliptical and then a little bit of core and some upper body weights. Belly dance class tonight. A busy day in the meantime - have a good one, everybody!

I run because it's my passion, and not just a sport. Every time I walk out the door, I know why I'm going where I'm going and I'm already focused on that special place where I find my peace and solitude. Running, to me, is more than just a physical exercise...it's a consistent reward for victory!

The usual evening 6km run, no run on Thursday so this is our last run before switching to full dark next week (and probably rain ... yay).
