It was light out (again) when I left for work, but not sunny. Just the minimum 20-min run on my schedule today. Will do it later when I get home from work.

Nice cruising pace 10K for me this morning. The stars were brilliant this morning.

Just the walk to work for me today. I was going to go to yoga at lunch, but a meeting conflicts, so I think I'll go for a stroll out in the sun instead and maybe do some Christmas shopping.

30 easy minutes on the elliptical and some push ups and crunches. Legs feel good, but need more time.

Rest day, because today's 2:00 p.m. meeting was rescheduled to 9:00 a.m., and I had to be at the office earlier than that to prepare. Belly dance class tonight (and probably working late before) so not expecting to get in a workout tonight. It's okay, but I'm bummed to have missed my usual Tuesday morning run, because it was nice weather this morning.

Have a great day, everyone.:)

5 miles with the puppy this morning before heading to the office. We started at 6:45 this morning (and hour later than normal!) so it was just getting light as we were going. No sun here today though!

Sunny but chilly outside. 11km done on some ice, some snow and some sidewalk :)

I run because it's my passion, and not just a sport. Every time I walk out the door, I know why I'm going where I'm going and I'm already focused on that special place where I find my peace and solitude. Running, to me, is more than just a physical exercise...it's a consistent reward for victory!

6K for me in the greenbelt today. My legs were pretty tired so I think I'll take the day off tomorrow. Gorgeous day out though!

8.5K done at lunch on the seawall thru Coal Harbour into Stanley Park, than hit the trails in Stanley Park and back on the seawall to finish of the run. A nice tempo-ish effort at 5:11/k pace and perfect weather for long-sleeved T and shorts.

Chilly 14K in the afternoon sunset. Hard to think it's going to be another thirty degrees colder than this at some point this winter.

First evening run after the time change, full dark for the whole run but the rain had stopped so it was fun dusting off our headlamps and getting out for 5ish km.
