FFS. Between my sore back, sciatic pain in the butt down the leg, frigid temps, ungodly wind chill, and crappy footing, I decided to take my run indoors to the treadmill at the gym. Managed to run for 60 minutes. That's all I had in me. :?

Weights for me, along with some 400M repeats in-between sets.

on FB you said you'd only do your minimum 20 minutes... but you did 60. So I'd call that a success. :)

15 miles (24K) outside. First snowy and cold run of the season. But the sun was shining and it's always better when the sun was shining. When the wind was at my back it was downright delightful out there!

I did 13km here. We are under a winter weather warning here in north Texas. They are calling for a mixture of snow and freezing rain. It was starting to rain as I was finishing up my run. :)

I said that I'd do at least my min req'd 20 mins. It wasn't looking good after 12 minutes, but I managed to push through.

very chilly here, but also quite slippery, so I decided inside was a safer bet. 2 miles done.

I think we inched back over freezing here. Not a lot of motivation for me this morning but I managed to stay out long enough to get 28K.

Awesome 14k run on the Richmond dyke trail with Rob. Gorgeous clear skies, just a bit cold but not too bad. Then a nice brunch at White Spot. 8)
