Good Luck with your race! Sounds nice and warm :D Heading out to run the annual Egg Nog Jog this morning. Sadly, it's a lot colder here... Looking forward to meeting up with some running friends too. :D

Good luck, racers. :)

I'll be heading out a little later for somewhere between 10K and 15K, depending on how I feel and what the weather is like.

Good luck, racers!

No run for me today, but got the day started with 20 minutes of strength & stretching. I'm trying for a rest-of-the-holidays streak of doing minimum 20 minutes of SOMETHING every day.

Ran the Egg Nog Jog today. Nice to see Sandra and Rob as well. Guess I should have stuck around for the AG awards, seems I came 2nd in my AG! I ran 55:13 which is about 2 minutes faster than last year.

A little over 9k done, it was a few degrees warmer today. (-5) but felt colder. That was mostly my wardrobe though, could have used one more shirt.

I was up early and couldn't get back to sleep, so hopped on the treadmill for 4 km before the rest of the family woke up.

5k of "almost jog" this morning plus up and down the stairs 18 times. After 1.5 hours reading a book and allowing the ankle to stiffen, it is miraculously fine.

23km done around the sea wall. I was warm while running but now that I am sitting and waiting for the seabus I am frozen! Warming up with a hot chocolate from Starbucks. :)
