Happy New Year !

Hair of the Dog run today, nominally 9.5 kms. The trail was icy, the weather was cold and a good time was had by all.

14k with the running room group to kick off 2014! Cold but I was dressed for it.

9 km New Years Day run with friends followed by coffee, tea and muffins. great way to start the year. :)

5km Resolution Run and then brunch with the gals, next year, I'll skip the "official" run, save my $ and will just run on my own.

Day off running for me today, but did have a great 5km walk with the dog. Back at it tomorrow! Hoping it is going to start to warm up soon!

On the bike trainer today - 90 mins done. Slowly on my way to get some bike fitness back... seems like I have a long way to go :lol:

18km in relatively warm but snowy conditions: set the first tracks around Glemore reserve for the year.

I ran 11kms in Banff. I ran the Tunnel Mountain Road loop. I guess I am training for Melissa's Roadrace already. The weather was great. :)
