Sunday,Sunday
What - No daily thread yet??
My friend Mike and I had a 12.5 km run at a moderate pace, followed by a 2 km walk this morning from the Waterloo RR.

Re: Sunday,Sunday
oh it's long run day... and I am sitting on the couch, NOT doing my long run. :/
No reason but that I am lazy today.
Good thing training plans are adaptable. :)

Had a great run with Rob today on the seawall. He drove out to Vancouver to run in the fog, but it was still very enjoyable. Thanks for running my pace.

Very nice . I had a boring run on my TM. The wind was crazy and I had no spunk to fight it.
We train more joyfully and productively when we focus on the now, rather than on our future race day performance. It's a long road from here to there with many miles to go. We need to run each one. Accept where you are today and simply be thankful for the work you've accomplished. KA

I felt wimpy about the cold this morning, so went to yoga instead. Tried an Ashtanga class for the first time - it was more of a workout than I expected. Think I'm going to have wicked sore arms for the next day or two.
