Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Suppose to be a rest day on the schedule, but, may do my interval workout this afternoon, as I may not get to do it on Thursday evening at the K2J Fitness track/speed workout weekly session ....

Good morning! No running for me today, just 20 minutes on the elliptical and then some upper body weights and core work. All set for another fun week at work. ;) Have a good day, everyone.

2 miles on the TM this morning followed by delicious pumpkin steel cut oats while watching the olympics - great way to star the day! C is back at daycare today and we all seem to be healthy-ish, so hoping for a week with a more regular routine!

Awesome here in the sunny Dominican! Impossible to run outside here though. The resort is on the smaller side, and on a cliff . You have to take the elevator to the beach! Lovely though.

normally I would rest the day after my long run but given that it's a holiday and I have such a hard time getting runs in on work days, I'm going to try to run today. Distance tbd. It's also POURING out, which is a switch from the past couple of weeks. I suppose it's going to start melting the ice on Rice Lake. :(

Back late last night from California. Also back to reality - training in the cold and snow. I had a nice 90 minutes outside this morning and a 2 1/2 hour session at the gym this afternoon.
