Inaugural Bicycling Event

Postby trixiee » Tue Apr 08, 2014 2:57 pm

Mods, move this if you want to. I simply wanted to have it in an area that people see regularly!

http://ckcyclingfest.com/

Chatham-Kent will be hosting it's inaugural Cycling Festival! There is a 100K, a 50K, and an 8 K Family ride, as well as a childrens bike rodeo, and a demonstration of the Adaptive Bike Program.

Camping is available the night before. Chatham-Kent is easily accessible by train, and the train station is only 1 K away from the start!

The course is pancake flat, with lots of support, great scenery and water stations.

PM me if you have any questions!

Is it set up to be spectator friendly? :shifty:
When your legs get tired, run with your heart.

Overcome the notion that you must be regular. It robs you of your chance to be extraordinary.

if its so flat
why do they call it Ridgetown?
next up:

This broken wing will fly again
One fine day
This blackbird's mute gonna sing again
One fine day

So all you sinners come out
And all you drunkards crawl out
Come into the light of one fine day
