Productive Saturday
Productive Saturday
Up at 7AM to get to my WW meeting, then raced over to the gym for an 8:30AM spin class (holy carp that was tough!), then to Loblaws for groceries.

A little 3k shakeout run today, then out for coffee. Stopped by the race expo for a quick tour to see if I missed anything on Thursday, now off to paddling

17.5 for me, longest run since last summer and a new record for Willis the wonder doodle who would have happily gone farther.

Re: Productive Saturday
total of 12.5 miles today, a bit piecemeal. My legs felt completely dead today... mix of factors I think. Parts of the second half were largely walking. Now to rest up and hydrate so I can try again tomorrow...

35k done in the snow. This run had a little bit of everything from winter and spring - snow, wind, puddles, goose poop, angry geese to dodge, and some obstacles (downed tree across the pathway in Pearce Estate park).

Nice one Hammie!
11k in snow, rain and wind. Nice day for November, too bad it's May.

Re: Productive Saturday
I envy all the nice long runs. Mine was 12 km, nice enough but I sure look forward to building up to 20 over the summer if I can.
