Yay! :D

I walked to work and plan to run home. It will be at an easy pace since I'll have my backpack on.

TGIF - and it's a long weekend, and I only have to work a half day, because our office is closed this afternoon. All good. :) So was my run this morning - 12+ km outside with my running buddy. We completely got out of the routine over the winter so it's nice to be picking it up again.

I'm off work today, and it is a rest day, so nothing! Headed up to the cottage in a bit.

6 miles with the puppy. I didn't think it would be too hot for him (17C) but he's a bit overheated so I'll keep his portion shorter next time.

8.2 km today, moderate pace. Might be a few days before I get out running again, though I anticipate a lot of walking. Vacation! Probably my next run will be in Amsterdam.
