Early morning 10K in Waterloo. Heavy rain, couldn't escape if I wanted to.

Rest day for me today!! Happy Friday the 13th all... apparently the full moon today, on Friday the 13th will be the last time it happens until 2049! That's kinda cool.

Rest day here too! Probably tomorrow too, as I'm running a 10K on Sunday, helping out with the race kit pick up on Saturday, and somewhere in there major cleaning and decluttering of our condo, as we are having it painted next week.

Oooh, I'll be so old the next time this happens. Wonder if I'll still be running? Rest day for me, too. Have a great weekend, all you Maniacs!

rest day, the first true one in over a week and I need it. Need to take a few more easy days before I do a long run. Though there is a hike I want to do on Sunday... hopefully it won't be overdoing it.

Rest day yesterday, 50 minutes on the elliptical today. My foot feels way better than Tuesday and I'm seeing an ART guy this afternoon. Maybe will try running on Sunday or I may wait another few days. I hate this time off but the rational side of my brain knows it's the smartest thing to do.

Busy day so that's it for me. Have a great weekend, everyone - and good luck to everyone who is racing!

drippy here too - actually, it's been pouring on and off for the last two days. So, took baby for a walk on the treadmill - within 100m he was out cold! :D

30 minutes rowing this morning. Supposed to play soccer this evening but there are thunderstorms forecast. May spend more time in the pub than usual.

Hello Friday! Just unit fitness training while on course in Borden. Around 500 people doing a circuit type workout around a soccer field. Not the best cardio workout but a decent core workout.

5K in the greenbelt for me this afternoon. It didn't rain, but good grief was it ever humid. I think rain would have been better, LOL.

An easy 11k around the 'hood. I'll probably do the scotiabank half next week but haven't done any focused training for it. It was my first and don't really want to miss it.
