2.6 miles with the puppy. I had woken up earlier and thought we might go for a longer run but then I fell asleep again :oops: so we just did our short loop.

I'm up to 3:1's in my rehab program, so I did 23 minutes of those. Hot and summery here today!

Ill-timed thunderstorms kiboshed my run to the pool. Treadmill intervals instead. Better than nothing!

PBs: Half-marathon: 1:35:32; 5K: 19:54 (both 2012)

Still nursing a sore Achilles tendon, so went to the gym for a spin class. Got all my frustration/aggression out on the bike. :twisted:
