Will run about 9-10km... most likely in the humidity :( (that's what I get for sleeping in  )

Wasn't too bad when I was out at 5am. Headed up to my regular trails to do a mini simulation of next week's race- steady pace on the flats, fast on the downhills, and power hiking the uphills. 11km in total.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Tempo run here. It was fantastic. Then I made 3 apple crisps, 2 pies, 2 double batches of cookies and meatballs for dinner. Now off to soccer practice for the middle one.

ended up running a hilly 8km. Started off a bit humid but got much cooler as the sun started to go down.
