Where is everybody? 8 km again this morning at an easy pace.

Daily thread seems to be dying these days-- but I'll do my part.

Another speed workout with the XC team (a.k.a., ideal marathon recovery): 10 sets of 45 second strides + 60 second jog recoveries, all on trails + WU/CD for 8K.

Re: Lonely Wednesday!
1.8K over to the track and then 6 by 800m with a 200m walk recovery, 1.8K back. Well.....that was the plan but Mr. Garmin tells me I did an extra 400m on my last interval!! No wonder that one felt tough. No rain during the run but it was humid.

Re: Lonely Wednesday!
About 6k this evening up at the high school on the gravel path. It's starting to get dark early these days--the sun set today at 7:07 pm. But it was a nice run, just the same.
