I don't know what is about to happen, but something. I'll fill in my journal later.

10K with 9x30s strides. Felt good!

Recovery run while DS is at soccer practice. Looks like the kiddies may be back to school next week.

20 mins on the rowing machine. Feeling tired after soccer in the rain last night.

Out for a 5 km tempo run this morning before another 5 k of run/walk with a friend. I combined that with several walks totalling 20 km. Nice weather today! :)

Great tempo run this evening. 10km with about 8km being at a tempo pace.
