Heading to the gym this evening for a much-needed spin class. I ate wayyyyyy too much this weekend! :sick:

10K @6:11 m/k pace. I threw in 7 X 30s strides as well. It was a super nice morning out! I was back in shorts :D :D

wasn't planning to run, but the weather was such a treat that i couldn't resist. 5km with the stroller, then bootcamp this afternoon.

Easy 5K on the TransCanada Trail this morning on a fabulous day.

9K XC recovery run. Having sore legs two days after Victoria speaks to the undulations of that course, along with the consequences of running hard after such an extended warmup (i.e., total distance matters, regardless of the pace).

6k on a lovely but somewhat chilly evening. The days are definitely getting shorter, this will probably be the last time we will be able to do the route we did tonight until spring.
