This is a first for me, not finding the daily thread. It's -5 here in Toontown, headed out the door for 20k with the hound.

Great 11K done with the group on the trails in Kanata this morning. Nice weather, although a bit cool to start.

4k mini shakeout run before most of the gang do the rock and roll half tomorrow. I'm doing the 10k and could have run more today but went along for company and coffee. Hoping the weather is dry tomorrow.

3 miles, first run in three weeks. Getting flabby.

Beautiful day here in Toronto, maybe one of the last shorts-and-T-shirt days of the season. I got out for a lovely 12 km. I had been planning to do 10, but I just had to tack on a bit more in the park while I could.
