Happy Halloween RM.
I'm logging huge miles today= by airplane!.
I will run once we arrive in Carmel. Always exciting to run someplace new.
On the books for 2017:
50th Birthday!!
Boston Marathon- April 17th what a day- DREAM COME TRUE :dance:
Run for Water 10K- May 28th
Scotia Half - June 25th
Trail River Run half marathon- Sept. 30- CANCELLED
MEC 10K Race 10- Nov. 5

One of the nice things about this being my recovery season is that when I wake up at 5am to run and it 3° and raining I can say "nope" and go back to sleep for another hour.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

20 minutes on the rowing machine and now set to get ready for first curling game of the season. And then a wine & cheese afterwards....
Off to Hamilton early tomorrow morning to play Sherpa for the race on Sunday morning.
