Chilly Wednesday

Postby purdy65 » Wed Nov 12, 2014 9:05 am

Good Morning!

It's a blustery one out there this morning! Depressing after the nice day yesterday. Polar Vortex is headed to the GTA :(

Anyway, I managed 13K in the wind so I was happy with that!

Short 6.5km this morning. Cool and wet and probably wore shorts for the last time this year :(

Ok, how?

6 k and change in the park for me. Chilly, but not cold enough to freeze my d***, if I had one.

Oh, I hate frozen d***. No one wants a d***sicle. Not pleasant.

I also have not built up much enthusiasm for running in the dark yet this season. I'm sure I'll get there once I'm super super bored with the treadmill (I'm already halfway there). But 5 km on the dreadmill for me tonight.

It froze. It seems I forgot how much ventilation my tights have in the crotch.
