12 miles outside this morning. NOt bad for a winter run. 0C, clear roads and only mild wind...

Not sunny here either - in fact, it's raining right now. I did 5 km with 4 x 800 m repeats on the TM this morning before the sun was up.

Sunless Saturday here too, but we have the Chinook arch, so it's windy and warm (ish). The snow is just about gone with the wind.

Ok that race was tough. Hills hills and then more hills. Beautiful views but painful. Not even close to a PB. Now to clean the house and give the dog a bath.

Cloudy here in Winnipeg too. Had a lovely 12k run. -3 and very little wind. Walkways are in good shape for the most part.

A nice little run followed by a great get together and brunch. Every run should be followed by Mimosas.

Pat and I did 18K with the stroller today as we waited for snow tires to be put on the car. How's that for multitasking, haha!! There was quite a strong wind in Whitby out of the south and west, but as long as we zigzagged it wasn't too bad. Well, till the end when we had to run south to get back to the garage... N wasn't impressed in the last 5 min or so.
