9C out there for me today, 6 miles outside.

Springlike indeed! A bit windy in spots. I didn't go to run club because I'm taking my mom for lunch so I headed out earlier for 12k. Felt good!

8K for me today. It was a struggle and nothing really felt right, but it's done. Onwards with the rest of the day!

-33C with the wind chill when I got up this morning, so my 20k was done on the TM. It was definitely warm and springlike in the comfort of the basement!

9 C here as well with overcast skies with a brisk wind but no rain. 37 km of combined walking and running.

wow. can't beat shorts and a long sleeve outside on nov 30. nice spirited 8 k around the neighborhood side roads.

Spring indeed: 10 degrees warmer and one fewer layer than yesterday. 14K in -22 WC -30.

9K under clear blue skies and -2C.
