Our run today will probably be something between 8 - 9 k. Thankfully it is dry today and no icy sidewalks so it should be a good one.

Beautiful day here. A bunch of us from the NYRR headed out for a run along the beltway. We ended up at Aroma for breakfast! Perfect! Ended up with 16k

Easy run today with my Waterloo RR gang. 11 km at an LSD pace.

Slow 14K as the temperature creeps up towards zero and the roads are full of shoppers who couldn't be bothered to look for pedestrians.

Just a quick four km for me this morning. We have a crazy day here and I needed some head clearing before it began!

Super Sunday indeed!!! +7C for my 10.5K this morning. This afternoon temps were up to 12.5C in Port Moody :dance: Felt like Spring. :shock:
On the books for 2017:

Boston Marathon- April 17th what a day- DREAM COME TRUE :dance:

Scotia Half - June 25th
Trail River Run half marathon- Sept. 30- CANCELLED
