snow here, not rain! I hit the treadmill for this week's workout - total of 11 km in just over an hour. I checked my log and it is in the top 5 longest tm runs I've done. I was impressed with my patience!

Snow on the way to the GTA, and I'm guessing tomorrow morning's workout will be shoveling. Today's workout was 30 minutes on the elliptical followed by 15 minutes on the recumbent bike. I am mostly doing my weights and core work at home in the evenings so that I can maximize time on the machines at the gym in the morning. Got a bit of a late start today but it was better than nothing.

Thinking about everyone on the east and west coasts and hoping your houses stay dry!

10K on the treadmill with the Virtural Thursday Workout (had to do it a day early).

10 min easy, 3 x 12 min tempo with 3 min recovery (7.0, 7.2, 7.2 mph for the intervals), 5 min cooldown. Tough today!
