I went out for a run this afternoon (since it was so warm... +7.5C), but my body just wasn't into it, so I cut it short. I didn't even get 4K done. :? The way I figure it, it was better than sitting on the couch.

I totally hadn't planned out how I was going to fit in any long runs over the holidays, but one of my training partners emailed me last night looking for company, and so we met up for just under 16km this morning. Much further than I would have gone on my own this week! Well needed after all the indulgences of the last few days.

Had a good run today, the rain stopped for us, started up again once we finished. My lungs were feeling about 80% so I guess I'm on the mend. The battery on my watch was dead so according to Map my run we managed 10.7 in 1:05. It was two of the gal birthday so we went for brunch after :)
