Re: First Friday of 2015
No running due to my tumble yesterday. Left knee, elbow, shoulder all stiff. Left foot swollen and sore! Lots of icing of the foot today. I did get out to the gym for a couple of hours this afternoon for a light workout.

18k done today - didn't really feel like it, but the weather was supposed to get progressively worse over the weekend, so off I went. Surprisingly peppy run, however.

Re: First Friday of 2015
Forgot to post yesterday but I did Kennedy Falls again because a friend wanted to go too and couldn't on Tuesday. A bit more slippery this time due to fresh snow but it made the forest pretty, white on green.
