No running due to my tumble yesterday. Left knee, elbow, shoulder all stiff. Left foot swollen and sore! Lots of icing of the foot today. I did get out to the gym for a couple of hours this afternoon for a light workout.

Forgot to post yesterday but I did Kennedy Falls again because a friend wanted to go too and couldn't on Tuesday. A bit more slippery this time due to fresh snow but it made the forest pretty, white on green. :)
