Day one of my 20 wks trg plan for the Ottawa Marathon. Actually yesterday was day one but it was a day of rest so doesn't really count!

5mins easy followed by and 1 min at 5km pace interval for 30 mins duration.

I wimped out and headed for the TM. I just wasn't in the mood for bundling up!

Good workout though! 12K with 10X2min hill intervals.

5K on the TM for me. Between a bit of a break and recovering from the flu, this was my first run in a week. It felt nice to get the legs moving.

New year and newly motivated gang led to a hilly 6.5 km run tonight. We were a well lit group thanks to lots of shiny Christmas lights.
