32K run outside for me today. A little colder and windier then I thought it would be, but it's done. Off to see "Unbroken" now...read the book so curious to see how they turn it into a movie. Happy Saturday everyone.

My back is on the mend, so I'm back out running. 7.75 km today, out along the water as usual; just below zero, not bad. Still a little sluggish. Want to run off 10 lbs. (Eating less junk may help too.)
Marathons: 1; 30k: 2; Half marathons: 6; Shorter: Um, I've lost track
PBs: Half-marathon: 1:35:32; 5K: 19:54 (both 2012)

16km on the trails of Presquile Prov Park with my dog as the sun went down this afternoon.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

A 90 minute coached spin this morning and then a couple of hours out on the range this afternoon, since the weather was so nice.
